While I did eventually succeed, my character was bitten by one of the people they were trying to save. It’s here where players get the hang of Dead Island 2’s melee combat and degradable weapons as they fend off hordes of zombies. They ultimately abandon the player as they try to help others but tell them to come to Jaunt’s house in Bel-Air if they survive. After choosing a character and navigating through the wreckage, I found a rich actress Emma Jaunt and her manager. The menus don't work correctly, the command console is the only real way to navigate into a playable state, whole buildings are missing textures/walls/ceilings and zombies sometimes straight up ignore you or adopt the T pose.Dead Island 2 begins with the player surviving a plane crash after a rich person on a flight out of LA turned out to be infected and attacked everyone on board. but when you look a little closer at this Dead Island 2 leaked gameplay you'll see the cracks start to appear. Having a playable Dead Island 2 leak is genuinely a bizarre experience, the game runs, has missions, voiced characters & for the most part feels like a decent playable game. Playing this Dead Island 2 leaked playable version is pretty straight forward and VERY unfinished but is playable somewhat.Īs for Dead Island 2, the leak is a strange thing to happen after so much time has passed, information about the game has been nonexistant for years now & development was assumed cancelled after the entire development team was removed from the project a few years back.
